What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer local delivery within a specific radius of our garden centres, as well as nationwide shipping for smaller items. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size of the items in your order.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to establish within two years of purchase, provided it has received proper care, we will replace it or issue a credit note upon presentation of the plant and proof of purchase.
Can I click and collect my order?
Absolutely. You can select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification, and you can pick it up from your chosen Bosworths location.
What is your return policy for garden furniture?
Unused garden furniture in its original packaging can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please note that a collection fee may apply if you require us to pick up the items from your home.
Do you sell and accept National Garden Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we both sell and accept HTA National Garden Gift Vouchers and cards, as well as our own Bosworths Garden Centre gift cards, both in-store and online.
How do I care for my new plants after they arrive?
Each plant comes with a care label detailing its specific light, water, and soil requirements. We also provide seasonal gardening advice on our blog to help your new additions thrive in your home or garden.
